The Group is a senior partner in a consortium that established and currently operates the IDF’s training city (Training Bases), one of Israel’s largest, most complex, and significant franchise projects. Minrav built the city in this capacity and currently manages its operation as part of a 25-year franchise agreement. Completing the project at its high quality while meeting the budget and timeframe requirements, are winning testimony to Minrav’s leadership in the field.
Before that project, the Group built and operated several waste purification facilities, among the first PPP projects in Israel, in Netanya, Beer Sheva, and Ben Gurion Airport. The Group also won the tender for constructing the first private prison in Israel, handed over successfully upon completion.
The Group’s structure allows it to provide the full required response on franchising projects, as a partner in the entrepreneur (SPC), in the construction contractor (EPC), and the operations contractor (O&M).
The Group’s staff and capabilities bring leading international entities who want to participate in Israeli projects to join Minrav as a senior partner in infrastructure tenders in Israel. Among these projects are the light rail networks in the Tel Aviv Metropolitan area, Jerusalem, and Galilee, security tenders, energy, and environmental protection facilities, and various construction projects.
