Construction of a building of approximately 50 m2, including two parking basements with an area of 34,000 m2, two commercial floors with 11,000 m2 + a 6-story office building above the commercial floor with an area of approximately 6,000 m2.
The project has plans to construct a residential building of 14-16 floors.
