Project Description
Execution of electrical and air conditioning work, including accompanying skeleton work until full completion, testing and operation of the systems.
- A logistics center that includes a basement floor that serves as a parking lot, high-voltage electrical and pump rooms
- A ground floor level that includes the logistics center, entrance lobby, operations area and engine room
- Ten floors for tenants and residents (purchase or rental) and a rooftop level that includes high and low-voltage electrical rooms
- Execution of high-voltage work, including supply of equipment
- Execution of production planning and installation of circuit boards
- Supply and installation of generators
- Execution of a fire detection system
- Execution of a building control system
